Scientific Program

Similar to previous years, the MOAC scientific program will be conducted on Thursday-Saturday mornings (July 16th - 18th), daily from 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM. We will thoroughly discuss approximately 35 cases each day, over an approximate five hour time frame.

Fifteen category I CME credits can be earned.

All cases need to be submitted (in powerpoint format) by Monday, June 8th (one month prior to the start of the conference). Please send your case(s) to moac2015@gmail.com. If your file is extremely large, please use a web-based service such as www.hightail.com (this can be used for free, for files up to 100 MB). Alternatively, you can submit your case(s) to me on a CD, and send it to the following address, though I would prefer electronic submission. Please note that you will not be allowed to present your case(s) at the conference, unless they are submitted in advance.

William F. Mieler, MD
Professor and Vice-Chairman
Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences
University of Illinois at Chicago
1855 W Taylor Street, Suite 2.50 (MC 648)
Chicago, IL 60612

Similar to past years, a copy of all cases will be placed on an external drive, and each attendee will receive a copy of the cases, though only at the conclusion of the conference. In that fashion, all cases can be presented as unknowns during the course of the conference.
